The kids got these Magna-Tiles for Christmas from Uncle Fred & Aunt Nancy and I swear it’s been the most popular toy since Christmas Day and remains the most played with to this very day.
Molly surprised us today by making this awesome tower. I really don’t know where she comes up with these "out of the box" ideas, but I’m excited every day to see more…
I get the kids cleaned up and in PJ’s for bed…
and Daddy gets them ice cream…
What do I say?
Life’s gotta be fun and spontaneous! (It is saturday after-all…)
…and sugar induced happiness sure makes for great photos!
Loveland has these heart sculptures all over town. Tonight the kids played by one, (shh… by menchies) and although I had my DSLR in the car, I was afraid I wouldn’t have had enough time to run and get a shot with all three of them, so iPhone it was.
See that treasure chest? His tooth is in there for the tooth fairy…
He’s all set!
…wish us luck…
I knew it would happen any day, as his tooth has been loose for weeks, but I wasn’t even thinking of today!
Out of nowhere, Thomas walked up to me and pushed the tooth flat down with his tongue.
We called in some reinforcements (ie: Thom) to assist him in removing its final entanglements.
Right after it was out, Thom and I looked at each other and said, almost in unison, "Well, I guess we know what the photo of the day will be!"
So what seems like overnight, Marcus has developed a rabid interest in my iDevices.
If ever I can’t find my phone, chances are that Marcus has it, and he can totally navigate around, open up apps and play games.
He was quite fascinated with the Starfall ABCs app this afternoon.
Silly boy doesn’t know he’s only 16 months old.
The two older littles wanted to make cookies while Marcus took his nap today.
Thomas was the proud chef, showing how cool he is because he’s becoming quite proficient in reading fractions and measuring ingredients.
Molly, well, yeah…

And it’s only 2:30pm folks. There may be a 365 – Part 3 coming up…
Marcus wanted a nap while I was making the bed today, so I tried something a little different.
I laid him down on his back, put on some music, turned on the fan and finished making the bed.
As you can see… He didn’t make it.
We drove up to Rocky Mountain National Park for a picnic this afternoon.
The mountains and lake were nice too.
Today was a very long day.
I was pooped on and got kicked in the eye so hard I couldn’t help but cry…
And those are just the highlights.
Thank goodness it’s bedtime.
