ELF FUN
The elves took out our pompoms and we decorated some elves. They even made us some ears to elf ourselves.

It snowed early this week, and it’s finally warmed up enough for the kids to happily play outside in it (yes, they are lightweights).
Of course I followed with my camera. Got a couple shots in, and then noticed something…
I had a flash of deja vu with this one.
Not cool, universe. Not cool.
The elves did it again. They brought out the perler beads and printed up a few patterns to entice the kids to get Christmassy with their perlering.
The elves just keep on insisting that we need more holiday decorations! This morning they brought a champagne christmas tree for the living room (that matches out sparkly ceiling) and a rattan rudolph. Who am I to say no to such cute faces.
Elves love WAFFLES! {and so do these kids.} Thomas was super excited to help me make them, and all three kids enjoyed them very well.
I just knew this morning would be a success. Elfie and Elva broke out the watercolors and tape for a snowflake project.
When we came downstairs this morning, it looked a little something like this…
Here, let me give you a little closer look at where Elva was.
Turns out they were getting a bit anxious to decorate the hallway with the new things I bought on Sunday…
Yup…. better get on that today!
(Please excuse the crazy brightness edits on my photos… the kids got up before the crack of dawn this morning… literally.)
Hot chocolate!
The elves broke out the scissors last night and made some snowflakes.
She even picked out her favorite.
Mornings like this is why Elva doesn’t mind the missing hours of sleep at night.
Today, we visited a life sized gingerbread house.
The kids kept asking if they could have a taste.
Thomas also wanted to take Rudolph home.
…and Molly just wanted to stay to “watch the {imaginary} fish dance”.
It was a good day. <3
