Yarn makes for an awesome racetrack.
The kids want to learn how to knit, so I got them needles and yarn. Thomas took to it fast and loves to cast on. He also decided that it would make for a great circle track. All the kids agreed.
Got to love homeschooling.
Poor guy can barely keep his eyes open.
I swear, this kid will read before he can talk.
Molly has been such a big girl lately, waking up at 8am and staying awake (and happy) until bedtime.
Well, not today. Around 5pm she walked up to me and said, "Mommy, hold me!" within seconds she was asleep.
She had a good hour cat nap and is up and at it again! Two words for you all… Movie Night!
Poor guy did not sleep well last night. This morning at around 6:30am he started yelling at me again (for about the 10th time). I decided it was time to get up and get him some breakfast.
He spotted the food, and immediately smiled. He ate, laid back down, and fell asleep.
I’m fully awake and alone at 7am. Time to make the donuts! (lol… or work on some pattern design.)
Thom has been an insurmountable force when it comes to coming up with opportunities for my 365.
Today, he made Molly fly. Literally.
This girl rang my doorbell about a minute after my daughter went outside to play.
She says her name is Alicia, and that her Dad told her that she can come and stay with us for awhile.
I’m not exactly sure how I feel about this.
My daugther would NEVER have tried to throw pillows at me the entire time I was trying to take a picture of her.
I was upstairs with Thomas helping him make up his bed when I heard the water running.
Knowing that Thom was home and downstairs, I ignored it until I heard "Come down here with your camera if you want your picture of the day!"
Apparently, Thom had run out to the garage for a second to take out the garbage and returned to this.
Hey Mom, while you are busy taking photos of me I’m happy to help you out with your ice cream.
No worries, really… it’s no trouble AT ALL.
For your viewing enjoyment…
As we were leaving the house for our nightly park walk I slung my camera, flash and all, over my shoulder, wondering hmmm… when WAS the last time I charged the batteries in my flash. They last REALLY long.
Ummm… yeah, not long enough apparently. Once we arrived at the park I helped Marcus into the swing and click…
I’m surprised I even got this shot. lol…
Batteries currently in their charger! Stay tuned for your regularly properly taken photos tommorow.
As far as today, well? At least he’s smiling right?
